HIIT WORKOUT: XDFIT MEDICINE BALL 15 MINUTE HIIT WORKOUT

WARM UP: 4 MINUTES

  • 30 seconds each: knee hugs/quad pulls
  • 50 seconds plank with knee drive
  • 50 seconds jumping jacks
  • 50 seconds bear crawls (3 crawls fwd/3 crawls bkwd)
  • Perform each exercise one after the other.

MEDICINE BALL CIRCUIT: 10 MINUTES AMRAP

  • 45 seconds lateral hop step with hip passes
  • 45 seconds squat hold with figure 8’s
  • 45 seconds push ups with mt. climbers
  • Repeat as many rounds as possible in ten minutes.
