WARM UP: 4 MINUTES
- 30 seconds each: knee hugs/quad pulls
- 50 seconds plank with knee drive
- 50 seconds jumping jacks
- 50 seconds bear crawls (3 crawls fwd/3 crawls bkwd)
- Perform each exercise one after the other.
MEDICINE BALL CIRCUIT: 10 MINUTES AMRAP
- 45 seconds lateral hop step with hip passes
- 45 seconds squat hold with figure 8’s
- 45 seconds push ups with mt. climbers
- Repeat as many rounds as possible in ten minutes.
